Staging Consultation - $300
Moving is a big deal and can feel overwhelming! If you'd like to get the most out of the sale of your home, I suggest a staging consultation with a detailed written report. You'll get a walk through with me and a written report on what needs to be done in a step by step approach. A staging consultation can help with getting top dollar on your home.
Paint and Color Consultation - $300 (up to 4 main rooms and 2 hours with personalized color booklet. Any additional room $100 each)
Did you know that the average cost to paint a home is $3,000? Why not spend less than $350 making sure you pick the perfect colors for your home before the big expense of a painter? I follow a certified color expert 6-step color read process that starts with your preferences, assesses your current furnishings and finishes, and then puts it all together in a handy booklet to bring with you to shop. I can order large color samples based on our the consultation so you can SEE and live with the color choices on the wall before you commit. I will even recommend additional design ideas to incorporate down the road during the consultation.
Furniture Arrangement Consultation - $200
This consultation would involve an initial walkthrough of the spaces that need arranging, suggestions on how the furniture could be arranged, physically arranging the furniture together, and a written report of recommendations to enhance the space afterwards.
Flooring and/or Countertop Consultation - $200
This consultation would involve a walk and talk about what flooring and/or countertop and backsplash combinations would look best in your space. This would conclude by a written report on what we talked about in the walk and talk as well as recommendations on next steps, with referrals, if needed.
New Furniture and Decor Consultation - $200
This consultation would involve a design style questionnaire, a walk and talk session of styles of furniture and decor you'd like to keep and what you'd like to purchase in your space. This service would also include a written report with recommendations of styles, sizes, and price ranges of furniture.
"Potential" Updates Consultation - $250
This consultation would involve going through and evaluating "Potential" updates to kitchens, baths, or other living spaces without requiring a big remodel. This would also include a written report of the updates, links to resources and a list of remodelers/installers.
Add Ons to Staging Services - $100 per hour
Finishing touches staging on photoshoot day. I will bring my "bin of finishing touches" on photo day and take it down when the photographers leave.
Add Ons for Everyone - $100 per hour
Shopping with the designer for the day; for furniture or home renovation selections from the initial consultation.

I look at design as a curation of the past, your needs in the present moment, and what you would like to get out of your space in the future.
